Please join us on Friday, December 1st for something strange, something special as we kick off the first group art show The Government Center ever did see! Friends of Cosmik Jay are up to - so much good. Contrast/Convergence (the art show) features 20 artists across many mediums, with a focus in fiber and glass, and will run through January. For one-night-only, there will be live performance, pop-up art installations, and you in your best outfit at The Occasion on 12/1! It isn't a concert and it isn't a drag show so there won't be set times - it will be An Occurrence.
Contrast/Convergence
The show prompt is asking the question: How do we allow for different things to meet? It will run in the cafe from Friday, December 1st - Friday, January 26th and is free to the public after 12/1. Art will be available for immediate purchase through Government Center staff or by emailing cosmikjest@gmail.com.
